Stress and Anxiety

In this day and age, it’s common for people to overburden themselves with stress.  Work, kids, finances—everything seems to affect one’s sense of calm and ease.
Symptoms of stress or anxiety include:
  1. Shortness of breath
  2. Problems with concentration
  3. Feeling dizzy or lightheaded
  4. Constant worry
  5. Fatigue
